CVA is a 30 unit apartment building located in South Salt Lake City. Stockbridge acquired CVA just before the Salt Lake County Health Department "Red-tagged" the property. The property was in total disrepair, and was so mismanaged that the South Salt Lake Police Department put a substation in one of the apartments, so that an officer could be present. CVA was renovated to provide equity investors an over 100 percent annual Cash on Cash return.
